BAKED CHEESECAKE WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR

A truly spectacular cake that will be devoured in minutes!

It will delight children and adults alike!

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs

40 g sugar

100 g cream cheese

80 g fresh cream

35 g butter

40 gr of 00-type flour (also gluten free)

1 drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar Via Bonacorsa 60 (buy it here)



PREPARATION TIME

15 minutes


COOKING TIME

65 minutes



Start by separating the yolks from the egg whites and set them aside. Then prepare a container to melt the butter and cheese in a bain-marie, along with the fresh cream [1]. Mix well until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous cream. Then add the sifted flour [2] and mix everything together. Next add the egg yolks and mix again [3].

Finally strain the cream through a sieve [4] to remove all the lumps.

Meanwhile, whisk the egg whites with the sugar [5]. Then mix the cream together with the beaten egg whites [6], trying to incorporate as much air as possible into the mixture, without disassembling the egg whites.

Then grease the baking tin well with a little oil or butter [7], and place the dough inside [8]. Now take a shallow baking tray, pour a trickle of water on it and place the prepared cake tin on top [9].

Bake at 150 degrees for 25 minutes with the oven closed. Then bake for a further 40 minutes, leaving the oven slightly open.

When the cake is golden brown, take it out of the oven and let it cool [10]. Then serve it with a drizzle of Balsamico Via Bonacorsa 60 [11-12].
