MINI OAT PANCAKES WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR

Light and tasty! For a fun breakfast that even your youngest guests will love!

INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE
One cup of oat flour
One teaspoon gluten-free baking powder
One tablespoon of sugar
One glass of water
One teaspoon of rice oil
A drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar Rua del Muro 25 (buy it here)
PREPARATION TIME
5 minuts
COOKING TIME
5 minuts
Put oat flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. [1]
Add water and mix well until the mixture is smooth and lump-free. [2-3]

Heat a frying pan and add a teaspoon of rice oil. [4]
Now form your mini pancakes with the help of a spoon. [5]

Transfer them to a plate when they are golden brown on both sides. [6-7] Now add a few drops of Balsamic Vinegar Rua del Muro 25 and enjoy your mini pancakes immediately. [8-9]
