BEER PORK SHANK WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR

A really taste dish, perfect for leaving friends and family speechless during the festive season!

INGREDIENTS
One raw pork shank
A can of beer
Juniper berries to taste
Pink peppercorns to taste
Bay leaves to taste
Sweet paprika to taste
A drizzle of olive oil
A drizzle of Balsamic vinegar Via Bonacorsa 60 (Buy it here)
PREPARATION TIME
3 hours
COOKING TIME
4 hours
Take a pork shank. Put it in a container with beer [1], juniper berries, bay leaves and pink pepper. Let it marinate for at least 3 hours [2].

Then coat it with sweet paprika [3] and seal it on all sides [4].
Transfer to a roasting tray and add beer, oil and bay leaves [5].
Roast it in the oven for 4 hours at 80 degrees [6], remember to moisten it occasionally and turn it halfway.

Finally take it out of the oven, douse it with a little sauce and debone it [7].
It will be super soft and super fragrant.
Now garnish it by adding a few drops of Balsamico Via Bonacorsa 60.[8-9]
