CRISPY PARMESAN CHEESE WAFFLE WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR

Also ideal as a container for a nice plate of tortellini!
Try it and you will leave everyone speechless!

INGREDIENTS
50 g of Parmigiano Reggiano for each waffle
1 drizzle of Balsamico Via Bonacorsa 60
PREPARATION TIME
10 minutes
COOKING TIME
5 minutes
Start by grating the Parmesan cheese [1]. 50 g for each waffle you wish to prepare.
Place the baking paper on the pan you will use for baking [2]. Measure the size of the paper disc and remove the excess paper.

Then heat the frying pan and when it is hot, place the baking paper disc [3] and spread the grated Parmesan [4] over it.
Now wait until the cheese is golden and melted [5]. Then transfer the waffle still hot and with the baking paper into a bowl to give it the desired shape [6]. Leave it to cool for a few minutes.

Serve it with a drizzle of Balsamico Via Bonacorsa 60 [7-8].
