OCTOPUS WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR

GLUTEN FREE - LACTOSE FREE
An octopus so soft and tasty that it will leave everyone speechless!

INGREDIENTS
1 octopus
Half a litre of white wine
2 cloves of garlic
Olive oil to taste
1 slice of bread
A drizzle of Balsamico Rua del Muro 25 (buy it here)
PREPARATION TIME
5 minutes
COOKING TIME
45 minutes
Brown two cloves of garlic in a pan with a little olive oil [1]. Then put the octopus inside with its tentacles facing down [2] and add some white wine [3].

Cook for a few minutes over a high flame to evaporate the alcoholic part.
Now cover the pan with a sheet of baking paper [4], and put the lid on until it is well sealed [5].
Cook the octopus for 45 minutes over a low heat. It will turn out really soft [6]!

Lay it on a slice of bread dipped in its cooking water [7-8]. Serve it with a drizzle of Balsamico Rua del Muro 25 [9].
