CREAM OF PEPPERS WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR

GLUTEN FREE E LACTOSE FREE
This pepper cream will drive everyone crazy! It really is magic! It will become a "never again without" for your aperitifs!

INGREDIENTS
2 red peppers
to taste olive oil
to taste salt
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
3 tbsp cashews
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp of Balsamico Via Cervetta 30 (buy it here)
Juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
PREPARATION TIME
5 minutes
COOKING TIME
25 minutes
Cook the peppers in an air fryer (or oven) at 200°C for 25 minutes. Turn them occasionally. Let them cool and remove the skin [1].
Place them in the blender together with all the other ingredients and blend [2].
Serve with a drizzle of Balsamico Via Cervetta 30 [3].
