ZUCCHINI ROLLS WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR

Also delicious cold, one roll leads to another!

INGREDIENTS
2 zucchini
150gr of sliced cheese
150gr ham
1 egg
6 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 drizzle of Balsamic Via Cervetta 30 (buy it here)
PREPARATION TIME
20 minutes
COOKING TIME
30 minutes
Wash and cut the zucchini into thin slices, about 2 millimeters thick, helping with a mandoline if necessary. Grill the zucchini for a few minutes [1], to make them softer and drier. Stuff them with a slice of sliced cheese [2] and a slice of prosciutto. Wrap the roulade and close it with a toothpick [3] to prevent it from opening during cooking.

Wet each roulade with beaten egg [4] and then coat them with breadcrumbs. Place the rolls on a baking sheet [5] and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. They should turn out golden and crispy [6]. Arrange them on a plate and garnish with a drizzle of Balsamic Via Cervetta 30 [7-8].
