FARINATA CHERRY TOMATOES, FETA CHEESE AND BALSAMIC VINEGAR

Looking for a quick and easy recipe that is also ideal as a lunch to take to the office? Here it is!

INGREDIENTS
200gr of chickpea flour
530gr water
10 cherry tomatoes
100gr feta cheese
qb evo oil
qb salt
1 drizzle of Balsamic Via Cervetta 30 (buy it here)
PREPARATION TIME
5 minutes
COOKING TIME
20 minutes
Pour the chickpea flour and water into a container [1]. Add a pinch of salt and mix well with a fork [2], until the mixture is smooth and lump-free. Cover the baking dish with a layer of evo oil and pour the dough into it. Add the sliced cherry tomatoes [3] and the crumbled feta.

Bake for 20 minutes at 250°C in a static, preheated oven [4].
Garnish with a drizzle of Balsamic Via Cervetta 30 [5]. It is possible to serve the farinata either hot or cold.
