CREAM OF PUMPKIN, GINGER AND BALSAMIC VINEGAR

GLUTEN AND LACTOSE FREE
A pampering for these autumn days, a must try!

INGREDIENTS
1 leek
400 g pumpkin
2 carrots
1 ginger root (not too big)
1 liter vegetable broth
qb evo oil
qb pumpkin or poppy seeds
1 drizzle of Balsamic Alley of Tournaments 20 (buy it here)
PREPARATION TIME
10 minutes
COOKING TIME
30 minutes
Coarsely chop leek and sauté with a drizzle of oil in pot [1]. Dice the squash and carrots. Then grate the ginger. Place all the ingredients in the pot with the leek [2] and add the hot broth [3]. Cook over moderate heat for 30 minutes.

Finally blend and serve hot. Decorate with a few seeds and a drizzle of Balsamic Vicolo dei Tornei 20 [4-5].
