BALSAMIC CHICKPEA HUMMUS

GLUTEN FREE - LACTOSE FREE
So good, you'll want to eat hummus every day!

INGREDIENTS
1 can of precooked chickpeas
1 clove of garlic
Juice of half a lemon
3 tbsp evo oil
qb salt
1 tablespoon tahina
4 sun-dried tomatoes
1 tablespoon pitted olives
5 tablespoons aquafaba (that of chickpeas)
1 teaspoon zahatar
1 drizzle of Balsamic Piazza Grande 50 (buy it here)
PREPARATION TIME
10 minutes
Place all ingredients in the blender [1] and blend until fairly smooth. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with a drizzle of Balsamic Piazza Grande 50 [2-3].
