CRISPY STEAK WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR

INGREDIENTS
2 beef steaks
3 tablespoons rice flour
1 egg
3 tablespoons breadcrumbs (also gluten-free)
1 drizzle of Balsamico Via Bonacorsa 60
PREPARATION TIME
5 minutes
COOKING TIME
12 minutes
Start by coating your steak with rice flour on all sides [1].
Beat an egg with a fork until smooth. Then coat the steak itself with egg [2] and coat it in breadcrumbs [3]. Make sure to coat it well on all sides.

Heat up the air fryer and cook at 200 degrees for 12 minutes [4]. Remember to flip your steaks halfway through cooking.
You can decide to cut them into strips [5] before serving to make them even more appetising!
Serve them hot with a drizzle of Balsamico Via Bonacorsa 60 [6].
