FISH AND CHIPS WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR

GLUTEN FREE - LACTOSE FREE
Crispy outside but soft inside!
I'm sure you've never had such tasty fish and chips!

INGREDIENTS
2 slices of fresh salmon
3 tablespoons rice flour
Half a glass of beer (also gluten-free)
3 tablespoons breadcrumbs (also gluten-free)
1 drizzle of Balsamico Piazza Grande 50
PREPARATION TIME
10 minutes
COOKING TIME
15 minutes
Clean the salmon, removing skin and bones [1].
Then cut it into not too small pieces [2].
Now prepare the batter with rice flour and beer [3].

Cover the salmon with batter and breadcrumbs [4].
Then bake in an air fryer at 200 degrees for 15 minutes [5].
Remember to turn it halfway through cooking!
It will be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside!

Serve it piping hot [6]and with a drizzle of Balsamic Piazza Grande 50!
