DUCK BREAST, APPLES AND BALSAMIC VINEGAR

A quick, tasty and slightly unusual dish.
Mouth-watering!

INGREDIENTS
1 duck breast
1 green apple
1 drizzle of Balsamico Via Cervetta 30
PREPARATION TIME
10 minutes
COOKING TIME
12 minutes
Start with the duck breast, making marks with the knife on the skin side [1]. Then sear it in a pan on all sides [2], for a few minutes.
Take the green apple, remove the skin and the insides [3]. Then cut it in half.

Heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the duck breast and apple for 12 minutes at 200 degrees [4]. Remove from the oven and slice the duck breast [5].
Serve with a drizzle of Balsamico Via Cervetta 30 [6].
