FRIED ANCHOVIES WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR

ALSO GLUTEN FREE
Delicious but very quick! Ideal for those who have little time but want to prepare a brilliant aperitif!

INGREDIENTS
150 g fresh anchovies
3 tablespoons flour 00 (or gluten-free) Half a glass of beer (also gluten-free)
Breadcrumbs to taste (also gluten-free) 1 drizzle of Balsamico Piazza Grande 50
PREPARATION TIME
10 minutes
COOKING TIME
15 minutes
Prepare the batter with flour and beer [1], mix well until a uniform batter is obtained. Now dip the anchovies in the batter and then coat them with breadcrumbs [2].

Cook them in air fryer for 15 minutes at 200 degrees [3]. Remember to turn them at least once halfway through cooking.
Serve them [4] with a drizzle of Balsamico Piazza Grande 50 [5].
