PEAS AND OATS BALLS WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR

LACTOSE FREE
Delicious and above all very quick to make, an amazing dinner saver!

INGREDIENTS
250 g canned peas
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 garlic clove
70 g oat flakes
to taste olive oil
to taste salt
1 thread of Balsamico Via Cervetta 30 (buy it here)
PREPARATION TIME
10 minutes
COOKING TIME
15 minutes
Blend all the ingredients until a fairly dense mixture is obtained [1]. Form into patties [2] and leave in the fridge for at least 15 minutes. Bake in an air fryer at 200 degrees for 15 minutes [3].

Serve with a drizzle of Balsamico Via Cervetta 30 [3-4].
