GOAT CHEESE, RASPBERRY AND BALSAMIC VINEGAR TARTINES

Super easy and super good tartlets.
A little bit sweet, a little bit savory!

INGREDIENTS
1 rectangular puff pastry roll
qb fresh goat cheese
qb raspberries
3 teaspoons honey
1 drizzle of Balsamic Rua del Muro 25 (buy it here)
PREPARATION TIME
15 minutes
COOKING TIME
12/15 minutes
Take a rectangular roll of puff pastry. Cut out circles of dough, helping yourself with a pastry cup or glass [1]. Place the pastry circles on a baking sheet [2] and top them with fresh goat cheese [3].

Add 2 raspberries per tartlet [4] and top with a drizzle of honey [5].
Bake for 12 minutes at 220 degrees, until golden brown and crisp [6].

Transfer the tartines to a plate and garnish with a drizzle of Balsamic Rua del Muro 25 [7-8].
