BAKED CARROTS WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR

Lovers of sweet and sour? These carrots are for you! Crispy and flavorful, they will no longer be missed on your tables.

INGREDIENTS
400 g carrots
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons Balsamic Vicolo dei Tornei 20 (buy it here)
1 tablespoon of evo oil
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
2 cloves of black garlic
PREPARATION TIME
15 minutes
COOKING TIME
30 minutes
Peel and cut the carrots [1].
Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl. Two tablespoons of honey, two tablespoons of Balsamic Vicolo dei Tornei 20 [2], one tablespoon of evo oil, one tablespoon of dried thyme [3], one teaspoon of salt, and the finely chopped black garlic.

Cover the carrots with the sauce and place them on a baking sheet with baking paper [4]. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve hot [5].
