CAULIFLOWER STEAK WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR

Steak like this you've never tried!
Verdurous, flavorful and super crispy!

INGREDIENTS
Cauliflower ingredients:
1 cauliflower
1 drizzle of Balsamic Alley of Tournaments 20 (buy it here)
qb evo oil
qb breadcrumbs
Cream ingredients:
50ml evo oil
100g canned beans
100g rice milk
qb salt
PREPARATION TIME
10 minutes
COOKING TIME
25 minutes (cauliflower) + 10 minutes
Steam a cauliflower and cut it into slices that are not too thin [1], about 2-3 cm. Place it in a pan with a drizzle of oil and Balsamic Vicolo dei Tornei 20 [2]. Cook over moderate heat 5 minutes per side, until a crust has formed and is crispy.
For the accompanying cream, blend the cauliflower stems together with beans, rice milk, oil and salt [3].

Heat this cream in a pan for a few minutes [4] and serve along with the cauliflower steak [5]. Serve hot and with a sprinkling of breadcrumbs to taste [6].

Ps. The original recipe is by @lulugargari. (I tried to replicate in my own way this recipe by the very talented Lulù Gargari by adding our Balsamic and I must say it is the bomb! A super thank you to Chef Lulù).
