CHICKPEA FALAFEL WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR

They are perfect for brunch with friends!

INGREDIENTS
500 g dried chickpeas
Half an onion
Fresh mint leaves to taste
Salt to taste
Gluten-free breadcrumbs to taste
A drizzle of Rua del Muro 25 balsamic vinegar (buy it here)
PREPARATION TIME
1 hour e 15 minutes
COOKING TIME
20 minutes
Soak the dried chickpeas for 30 minutes [1].
Then drain the excess water and dry them well with a clean cloth [2].
Then set them aside. Now cut half an onion into cubes [3].

Get some mint leaves [4].
Place everything in the blender and add a pinch of salt [5].
Then coarsely chop until a fairly dense mixture is obtained [6]. Transfer it to a container and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Now shape the patties [7] and coat them with gluten-free breadcrumbs [8].
Cook them in an air fryer at 170 degrees for 20 minutes [9]. Remember to turn them over halfway through cooking.

Serve these falafels [10] with a drizzle of Balsamico Rua del Muro 25 [11-12].
