SPRING ROLLS WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR

IN AIR FRYER
VEG - LACTOSE FREE
Perfect for an easy but out-of-the-ordinary aperitif!

INGREDIENTS
3 carrots
Half a red cabbage
2 spring onions
2 cloves of garlic
Fresh ginger to taste
Soy sauce to taste
1 tablespoon smoked chilli pepper
A drizzle of olive oil
12 sheets of filo pastry
A drizzle of Balsamico Via Bonacorsa 60
PREPARATION TIME
20 minutes
COOKING TIME
15 minutes
Chop the carrots [1], red cabbage [2] and spring onion [3].

Then grate garlic [4] and ginger [5].
Place everything in a boule and season with soy sauce [7] and smoked chilli [7].

Mix well and cook in a pan with oil for 10 minutes [8-9].

Now take a sheet of filo pastry and stuff it with a spoonful of cooked vegetables [10]. Close your roll using a little water if necessary [11-12].

Cook in an air fryer for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
Embellish your rolls with a drizzle of Balsamico Via Bonacorsa 60 [14-15], they will be tasty and crispy.
